We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, and pricing. Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order where the listed information is incorrect.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until payment is verified and the order is dispatched or scheduled for installation.

Payment terms for machines and bulk orders may include advance payment, milestone payments, or credit terms as agreed in writing.

Delivery and installation timelines are indicative and depend on location, equipment readiness, and site preparedness. Customers are responsible for providing suitable space, water, and power as per machine specifications.

Machines are covered under manufacturer warranty for the period specified in the product documentation. Warranty excludes consumables, mishandling, unauthorised modifications, voltage fluctuation damage, and natural wear.

We provide installation support, on-site training, AMC options, and technical assistance. Service response times depend on location and the nature of the issue and are not guaranteed unless covered by a written service agreement.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of Café Desire or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Café Desire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or labour disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muscat.
